It’s Wednesday , #workout_wednesday .. Another Happy Wednesday !
Today I wanna motivate u guys and dolls to get ur body ready for the beach season..
These are some tips I came across on popsugar website to get that sexy yummy flat abs on:
-Morning Workout
-Eat a healthy Breakfast
-Avoid foods that cause bloating , like: fatty or salty foods, soda
-Make healthy swaps throughout the day to give your body enough energy while still cutting calories. Nuts vs Chips , Smoothies vs Soda
-Mix up your cardio workout to boost your fat burning rate ,achieve this by performing high-intensity workout intervals in between the slower pace ones.
